Postdoctoral Applications Panel Discussion

I recently joined a panel discussion at Perimeter Institute on navigating the postdoc application process, alongside David Schmid, Naren Manjunath, and Maya Berger, moderated by Jacqueline Caminiti. We shared our experiences and practical advice on finding positions, preparing research statements, securing recommendation letters, networking, interviews, and choosing between offers. We also discussed how to manage the uncertainty of application season while keeping up with research.
